All plans require an initial paid system assessment and documentation baseline. Pricing covers one facility within Odom AV’s standard service area. Unused support hours do not roll over. Parts, replacement equipment, rentals, major programming, lift access, travel outside the service area and after-hours on-site labor are quoted separately. Response times are service targets and do not guarantee emergency on-site arrival.

The highlighted boundaries are general representations and do not guarantee service availability. Same-day on-site visits are not available within the neon-yellow secondary service region. Remote response targets and scheduled on-site windows vary by plan, location, travel conditions and technician availability.
