This website is operated by Odom Audio Visual. By using this website or reserving equipment or services from us, you agree to these terms.

All equipment displayed on this website is offered for rental only. Placing an inquiry or submitting a request does not guarantee equipment availability or create a confirmed reservation. A rental is confirmed only after Odom Audio Visual accepts the request and any required agreement, deposit, or payment has been completed.

All rental equipment remains the property of Odom Audio Visual. Customers are responsible for equipment from the time it is picked up or delivered until it is returned and accepted by Odom Audio Visual. Equipment may not be modified, transferred, sub-rented, misused, or operated contrary to manufacturer instructions.

Additional charges may apply for late returns, missing accessories, excessive cleaning, damage, loss, theft, unauthorized use, delivery, labor, or replacement equipment.

Specific quotes, proposals, invoices, and signed rental or service agreements take precedence over these general website terms. Odom Audio Visual reserves the right to refuse or cancel a rental when necessary for safety, availability, suspected fraud, nonpayment, or a violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
